We grind your concrete with commercial diamond equipment to expose the natural aggregate. This is the most important step. Skip it and the finish never bonds correctly. We never skip it. Proper prep is what separates a 20-year floor from one that fails in a season.

Cracks, spalls, and joints get repaired before we seal. We use flexible compounds that move with the slab over thermal cycles instead of failing in a year. Cracks don’t telegraph through the finished floor down the road.

 If you want color or a unique decorative finish, we apply concrete stain or dye at this stage. From subtle warm tones to bolder decorative effects, your slab becomes the design element. Your concrete, your aesthetic.

We apply a high-performance clear sealer at the correct thickness. Matte, satin, or high-gloss, depending on the finish you chose. The sealer locks in the appearance and protects the surface from oils, water, and wear. Correct thickness equals the bond that lasts

Once the sealer cures, we walk the project with you, answer every question, and hand over your warranty documentation. Light foot traffic typically the same day, vehicle traffic within 72 hours. No surprises. Warranty in hand before we leave.
